Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations with techniques and tools for business and personal growth.
I use my combined industry experience, with my growing coaching skills to deliver one to one sessions to clients based in the UK. I also volunteer my coaching services at two children’s hospices – Acorns and St Barnabas and the NHS, helping their management teams deliver better results, while they work on their work life balance, and get the best out of both worlds without feeling exhausted.

The story of Accomplish Your Goals
There are a few reasons why I chose to coach within construction, and now I get to do what I love while helping others with their communication and confidence, and all thanks to my Dad. He is the one that I have been watching for years struggling to make his business a success. He makes stainless steel banisters in Poland and he is incredible at it, but over the 23 years of journey, he had some very tough times. He shared all those lessons with me and I will always be grateful for all that he taught me.
I needed to be brave, take risks, learn from my mistakes with my previous business in 2011, I needed to leave all that I know of being employed, learn so many things that I need to run my own business, and it was all truly worth it. Coaching worked so well for my Dad and for me, that I am now an executive coach in the construction industry, and all I want is a chance to show you how it can work for you.
